How have humans exacerbated the problem? What does the future look like in regards to your issue? What are the possibilities for adaptation and/or mitigation for your chosen issue? What is the most difficult part of fixing the issue you are researching? What is the easiest part to address? Why do you think we as a society have not made the changes necessary to resolve your hosen topic? What would be the most effective way to convey the perils about this issue to the public? This question is for biology related topics: If you are addressing a particular species what is it about the species that makes it so vulnerable? These questions are for adaptation and/or mitigation related topics: If you are researching an adaptation or mitigation strategy how would it help the effects global change or more specifically what effects would it address?
